HOOTERS - 2 Drummies but they're trying

Stopped by HOOTERS in downtown Toronto after the ballgame and gave their wings a shot. Nice size, as in not too large, complete with the old-school untrimmed flatties. Decent hot sauce but undercooked. That was after The Wingophile ordered them "hot and crispy". Would have been 3 Drummies if they were cooked long enough to deliver that tender, flaky meat inside - instead of the unsettlingly slimy mouthfuls that were found. Not too expensive. The blue cheese dip is more like a ranch dressing blue-cheese wannabe. Suggest you order them well-done and hope for the best.
