Turtle Jack's Delivers

First, a confession. Over the last year or so, I have had a few wing dinners at Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grills in the Burlington, Ontario area that were pretty mediocre. Wings not so fresh, little "fryers" that were really little, tired side salads (I know, it's not really about the salad). Yep, 2-Drummie meals at best. Over the holidays, I ran headlong into a great bounce-back batch at Burlington's Mapleview Mall Turtle Jack's. Served hot and fresh, flavored by my go-to Extreme New York Butter sauce, these babies were solid 3-Drummie nuggets of enjoyment. Nothing more important than starting out with high-quality, fresh wings; it was nice to see Turtle Jack's bring back its A-game.

Now hopefully they can follow it up with more of the same the next time!

And there'll be a next time.
