Bo's BBQ - North Vancouver, BC - Nothing like home cooking - even for wings!

But Bo knows...how to BBQ up some great Buffalo wings!

The Wingophile appreciates a good char finish on many meats - and guess what? Wings are meat.

Buy your wings fresh - never frozen (believe me, you will only do it once).

Roll out your high-tech grill mat.

Toss those wings once in your favorite Buffalo sauce concoction.

Toss those once-tossed wings onto the mat on medium heat.

Turn 'em often until cooked through, with a nice saucy char.

Toss them one more time ***Important*** in a fresh, clean bowl.

Serve with a skewer of BBQ shrimp and a fresh Greek salad.

Then toss them back, with a cold beer or three.

After all, you're at Bo's Place for a sleepover.
