Anchor Bar - Buffalo Airport - NY

Sorry, it's hit or miss at this satellite location of the venerable Anchor Bar.

Conveniently located, right in the central departure concourse of Buffalo Airport.

But the wings are inconsistent, as I have found from my regular travels through this wonderful little airport.

This batch was a miss.

Undercooked. Not the freshest either.

(Still love the sauce, though.)

Next time I'm having the Beef on Weck - or making the drive to the actual Anchor Bar in uptown Buffalo.
