Buffalo Wild Wings - Brookings SD
Why I needed to check in on B-Dubs, I'm not sure.
I guess it's because I really want this relationship to work out.
BWW is located across the country, the beer is cold and the large-screen TV sports is plentiful.
But, alas, it is still not meant to be.
The wings were of poor quality and inconsistent sizing.
You can offer them up large or small or even offer a choice of either (Turtle Jack's does this) but you can't mix them on an order.
This leads to inconsistent doneness, arch enemy of the noble Buffalo Wing.
Sauce is mediocre and badly distributed - wings should be lovingly shaken and well-coated, even if that means double-shaking them in the sauce.
Veggies and blue cheese dipping sauce were ok, but the cause is lost.
Next time I'll be ordering the burger.
